Its main goal is to provide a forum for educating the public about the importance of public access to government proceedings and informtion in the District of Columbia, and for discussion of laws and rules bearing on the public's right to know what the government is doing. It is not necessary to register to use the Coalition resources published here. However, you must register to participate in the discussion.
