Coalition responds to Nickles's attack on open government bill

These comments address the testimony D.C. Attorney General Peter J. Nickles submitted on behalf of his office, District Secretary Stephanie Scott and Chief Technology Officer Bryan Sivak regarding Bill 18-777, the Open Government Act of 2010. The Board of the D.C.
